From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the charm of this old Mellorcan home. The shared bathrooms were always spruced up, but sometimes had folks waitin'. The garden area was a sweet spot to unwind, especially after strollin’ through the arts district nearby. Mighty fine stay overall!

The shared bathroom, while maintained well, was often crowded and it could take some time to access it.

The building can get pretty noisy, making it tough to get a good night's sleep, especially when people are chatting late into the night. Also, the single bed felt a bit narrow and the mattress quality could use a serious upgrade, not to mention the lack of sufficient bathrooms for the number of rooms.

great service but crowded bathroom

The two managers provided excellent directions and tips for exploring the area, which made my stay much more enjoyable. My small single room was clean and just the right size, making it comfortable for a solo traveler. I appreciated the lovely garden area, which offered a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The shared bathrooms were well-maintained and newly renovated, which I found to be a big plus.

Located in the heart of the city, this charming property offers an inviting ambiance reminiscent of a Spanish family home. The nostalgic decor creates a warm atmosphere, and the staff members are exceptionally accommodating. However, the shared bathrooms can become quite crowded during peak times, and the absence of air conditioning made warmer nights uncomfortable. An inviting open garden area provides a refreshing retreat after a busy day, complete with lovely sourdough bread for breakfast.

It was just a smart choice for a fleeting moment in Palma de Mallorca with excellent value for money. The shared bath area was kept immaculate during my stay, which I really appreciated. Bring a fan for those warm nights since it can get a bit hot in the rooms.

Solo traveler slice of tranquility

The whole place is spotless,, and the shared bathrooms were always super clean and tidy. I slept really well here as it was so quiet. A charming, old fashioned place with a fine interior very close to everything.

It was a bit pricey,, but acceptable for what I experienced.

The room I stayed in was small but clean and perfectly fine for a solo traveler. Sharing the bathroom felt like a bit of a hassle at times, especially since it could get crowded. However, it was newly renovated, which was great. The garden area was a lovely bonus, a nice spot to relax. The room could've used better ventilation since it got a bit warm at night.

Had an awesome time with my friends. The location is perfect, close to the sea and plenty of bars. We enjoyed the communal spaces and the quirky decor. The garden was a nice chill spot. Also, we had a little kitchenette which was super handy. Definitely check out the nearby boulevard and use the tour desk to explore more!

The only downside was the hot weather. we really missed having air conditioning in our room. It made sleeping a bit tough at times, especially on warmer nights.
